Shipping Regions

We currently provide shipping within Bangladesh, including:

  • Dhaka City (All areas)
  • Outside Dhaka (All major districts)

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options within Bangladesh:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days (available for Dhaka City).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • Costs will be calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: Available on selected products or promotions (check during checkout).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order through our website or the courierā€™s tracking page.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:

  • Dhaka City: Include area, road, house/flat number.
  • Outside Dhaka: Include district, upazila, village/town, and postal code.

We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas.
  • Same-day delivery is not available at this time.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping:

  2. Provide your order number, tracking info, and description of the issue.
  3. For damaged items, we may request photos of the product and packaging.
  4. If a package is lost with no tracking updates, we will initiate a claim and send a replacement item if necessary.

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that extreme weather, natural disasters, or public holidays may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
