Returns

We accept returns on most products within 7 days (or as specified per product) from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be unopened if it was sealed.
  • The item must be in new, resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods for health and hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards or downloadable software

Refund Process

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your returned product.

Partial Refunds:
If the product is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued based on the circumstances.

How to Request a Return or Refund

    • Specify the item(s) you want to return
    • Give the reason for return
  2. Approval: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product (for a different size, color, or model), follow the same process as a return. Once the original item is returned and the refund is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement. Return shipping charges will not apply in this case.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or mobile payment provider. If the refund still hasn’t been received, contact us at admin@quickgetting.com.

Shipping & Returns within Bangladesh

  • Delivery and return charges are applicable based on your location unless the product is defective.
  • For Dhaka City: Standard delivery and return charges apply (see shipping info during checkout).
  • Outside Dhaka: Charges vary depending on courier services.
